Hum kabhi bhi aapke customers se direct rabita nahi karte aur na hee karenge. Hamari website pe order place karne se pehle kindly apne customers se aik bar confirm zaroor kar lia karein. Customer ko call kar ke ya phir sms ya whatsapp message kar ke lazim tasdeeq kar lein. Warna returns ki soorat mein aapka bhi nuqsan hota hay aur hamara bhi kyunke items kafi der baad hamein mosool hoti hein aur inke boxes ki aur packing ki haalat itni fresh nahi rehti. Returns pe courier ki taraf se hamein extra charges lagte hein. Parcels ki tracking aur update aap ne khud rakhni hogi. Aapko tracking detail whatsapp pe bhej dee jati hay agar delivery attempt sahi time pe nahi hoti to aap khud courier company ki help line se rabita kejiye. P.N. Agar return aapke apne pas receive hua hay to choonke ham apne pas se har product ko proper check bhi kar ke bhejte hein aur behtreen packing kar ke bhejte hein lihaza kharab halat mein return puhanchne ki soorat mein aap se wasool nahi kia jaega aur na hee iska refund milega. Ham ne cheez sahi bheji lihaza return bhi sahi condition mein hee accept kia jaega.
Return aapke pas aa raha hay to ham tak puhnchanay ka zariya aur kharcha aapka apna hoga. Hamein koi jaldi nahi aap ikhatta kar ke aik sath bhi bhej sakte hein anytime.

Customer ki taraf se koi electronic product return aati hay ya koi product kharab / damage ya incomplete part claim ho kar return aati hay ya customer fake return karta he yani koi aur product daal ke return kar deta hay to in sab condition me nuqsan kis ke zimme hoga?

Answer:
– Agar hamari packing mein hee return aa jata hay yani customer ne lia hee nahi aur return aa gaya to jo bhi condition mein hoga aapko product ka refund 50 rupees deduct honay ke baad mil jaega, packing charges refund nahi honge.

– Agar customer ne khol lia aur sab kuch OK condition mein return hua yani bas usko pasand nahi aaya ya mind change ho gaya aur return kar dia to bhi aapko refund milega, item check honay ke baad.

– Customer ne accept kar lia aur damage kar ke return bheje ga ya fake return bheje ga to aapko inform kar dia jaega aur nuqsan ki zimmedari aapki hogi kyunke hamaray han se aik aik cheez check ho ke, tasalli kar ke behtreen packing mein bheji jati hay.

– Agar customer claim kare ke unhe galat ya damaged product mila hai to sirf usi soorat mein claim accept kia jaega agar customer parcel opening ke time video bana le. Ye aap ki zimmedari hay ke apne customer ko guide kar dein ke parcel opening ke time aik chhoti si video zaroor bana lein otherwise claim accept nahi kia jaega. Us video mein maslay ko mukammal tor par wazeh kia jana chahiye, shipping label ke front aur back ki tasweer ke sath. Fori hal ke liye apni claims & complains tamam evidence ke sath hamaray email pe parcel receive honay ke 24 ghante ke andar andar send kar dein. Maazrat ke is timeframe ke baad mosool honay wali kisi claim ko accept nahi kia jaega.

Refund lene ka kia procedure hay?

Policy For Parcels through Our Courier Account:

We do not and will not ever contact or deal your customers directly. Please kindly ensure that you confirm the orders with your customers before placing them on our website. You can do this by either calling the customer or sending an SMS or WhatsApp message for verification. Otherwise, in the event of returns, both you and we will incur losses because the items are received quite some time later, and the condition of their boxes and packing may not remain as fresh. Returns incur extra charges from the courier’s side. You will be responsible for tracking and updates of the parcels. The tracking details will be sent to you via WhatsApp. If the delivery attempt is not made on time, you can contact the courier help line yourself.

Note: In the event of returns, delivery charges of 250 rupees and COD charges will be deducted from your account statement.

Policy For Daraz Parcels or Shipments through your Courier Account:

Mostly our partners provide and mentions our return address, so whenever any parcels are returned to us, we update you within two to three days. We deduct 50 rupees from the amount of the ordered product and top up your wallet with the remaining amount. If a return is received at your end, since we thoroughly check and pack every product before sending it out in proper condition, we will not be able to reimburse or provide a refund for returns that are in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition. We have sent the item in the correct condition, so returns will only be accepted if they are in proper condition.

If a return reaches your end, you will be responsible for arranging the return and bearing the cost. There is no rush for you to send the return immediately; you can send it together whenever you wish.

Question:
In the case of a customer returning an electronic product, claiming a damaged or incomplete part, or making a fake return by replacing it with a different product, who will bear the loss in these conditions?

Answer:

If the return is in our packaging, meaning the customer did not open the parcel or did not even take possession of the item, and it is returned to us, regardless of its condition, you will receive a refund for the product after deducting 50 rupees. However, the packing charges will not be refunded.

If the customer opens the package and returns the item in satisfactory condition, but simply did not like it or changed their mind, you will still receive the refund after the item is checked.

If the customer accepts the item but returns it damaged or makes a fake return, you will be notified, and the responsibility for the loss will lie with you, as we thoroughly check each item and ensure it is sent in perfect condition with proper packaging.

If a customer claims to have received the wrong or damaged product, the claim will only be accepted if the customer records a video at the time of parcel opening. It is your responsibility to guide your customer to create a short video during parcel opening; otherwise, the claim will not be accepted. The video should clearly explain the issue, including images of the front and back of the shipping label. For immediate resolution, please send all evidence of your claims and complaints to our email within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. We regret to inform you that any claims received after this timeframe will not be accepted.

What is the refund procedure?

Whenever we receive your returned parcel, we will notify you. The amount for the returned items is topped up in your wallet after deducting 50 rupees from the originally paid amount. You can utilize this amount in your next orders or if you wish to receive a refund, kindly provide us with your Easypaisa, Jazzcash, or bank account details via email. Insha’Allah, we will issue the refund within 24 to 48 hours.
